Ingredients
- 8 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Special Crab
- 1 large cucumber, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 7.5 oz whipped herbed cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 Tablespoon capers
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh chopped dill
- Salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices for serving
Instructions
- Spread a cream cheese layer on cucumber slices.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, crab, capers, red onion, and chopped dill.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon slices.
