Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Special Crab
  • 1 large cucumber, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 7.5 oz whipped herbed cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 Tablespoon capers
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh chopped dill
  • Salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread a cream cheese layer on cucumber slices.
  2. Top with cherry tomatoes, crab, capers, red onion, and chopped dill.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon slices.
