DIY Albacore Sushi Making sushi at home is totally doable when you start with our solid white albacore tuna. Total Time 15 minutes Servings 4 servings Ingredients Share 1 (5 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained 3 Tablespoons garlic hummus1 Tablespoon wasabi mayonnaisejuice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)4 sheets nori (seaweed) wrappers3/4 cup julienned cucumber3/4 cup julienned carrots1/4 teaspoon sea saltSesame seeds, for garnishFor serving: soy sauce, pickled ginger Instructions In a small bowl, stir together hummus, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread this mixture atop nori seaweed wrappers.Arrange a small pile of cucumbers and carrots atop the hummus, top with albacore. Salt lightly. Working gently, roll the nori to create a sushi roll.
