Low Carb Tuna Cucumber Bites

Low on calories but high on flavor and protein, these bites are perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

  1. Slice cucumber to about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Spread herbed cream cheese on each cucumber slice, then top with radish slices and tuna.
  3. Top tuna with chopped nuts, cheese, and fresh herbs.
  4. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
