- 1 packet (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna in Spring Water
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/2 cup herbed cream cheese
- 3 radishes, sliced thin
- 2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped dill or parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Slice cucumber to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread herbed cream cheese on each cucumber slice, then top with radish slices and tuna.
- Top tuna with chopped nuts, cheese, and fresh herbs.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
