Fancy and flavorful but without any fuss, this simple caprese salad is loaded with tuna for extra protein.

  1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  2. On a plate arrange the slices of tomato and mozzarella alternating.
  3. Pour tuna over the tomato and mozzarella.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over the tuna, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Top with basil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
