- 1 packet (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Lightly Seasoned by McCormick, Lemon Garlic
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
- Chopped parsley, for optional garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In bowl, add arugula, cooked quinoa, then top with tuna.
- Add bell peppers, radishes, avocado, and garbanzo beans around the bowl.
- Top with parsley if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper, to personal taste.
