  1. In bowl, blend together cream cheese and parsley until well blended.
  2. Gently fold in tuna; set aside.
  3. Butter the outside of each slice of bread.
  4. Layer gouda cheese, tomato, tuna mixture, 2 slices bacon, red onion, and one more slice of gouda for each sandwich; cover with second piece of bread.
  5. In large skillet, over Medium-High heat, cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
