- 1 packet (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Lightly Seasoned by Thai Kitchen, Sweet & Spicy
- 2 rice cracker cakes (about 4 inches wide)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup radish sprouts
- 1 Tablespoon sliced red onion
- Place half of the sliced avocado on each rice cracker cake. Then divide the radish sprouts between avocado topped rice cracker cakes.
- Divide tuna between the rice cracker cakes.
- Top with sliced red onion.
