Tomato Tuna Melt These tomatoes can be served as an app, a meal or even a snack—there are no rules! Simple, fresh and easy to create on a whim. Total Time 15 minutes Servings 2 servings Ingredients Share 1 (5 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained2 Tablespoons roasted garlic hummus or plain Greek yogurt2 Tablespoons diced red onion2 Tablespoons fresh dill or basil, chopped1 large tomato, sliced2 slices Havarti cheesesalt, to tasteblack pepper, to taste Instructions Heat oven to Broil.In a large bowl, mix together tuna, yogurt, red onion, and dill or basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Arrange tomato slices on a parchment lined baking sheet pan. Top with tuna mixture.
