Tuna Lettuce Wraps This delicious, low-carb meal is a great foray into southeast Asian style cooking. Total Time 30 minutes Servings 8 servings Ingredients Share 1 Tablespoon olive oil 4 (5 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained1 teaspoon minced garlic3 Tablespoons chopped onions1 cup water chestnuts, minced2/3 cup mushrooms, minced7-8 leaves iceberg lettuceSpecial Sauce1/4 cup sugar1/2 cup water2 Tablespoons soy sauce2 Tablespoons rice vinegar2 Tablespoons ketchup1 Tablespoon lemon juice1/8 teaspoon sesame seed oil1 -2 teaspoon garlic, minced2 Tablespoons water1 Tablespoon hot mustardRed chile paste (optional) Instructions Make the Special Sauce by dissolving the sugar in 1/2 cup of water in a small bowl.Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, lemon juice, sesame seed oil and garlic. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve. Combine the 2 tablespoons water with the hot mustard and set this aside. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and bring to high heat.Add tuna, garlic, onions, water chestnuts, and mushrooms to the pan.
