Ingredients
- 2 (2.5 oz) pouches Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water
- 1 small avocado seeded, peeled and diced
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup corn kernels fresh, or thawed from frozen
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño, remove ribs and seeds for less spice!
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Place the tuna, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, corn, and jalapeño in a bowl.
