Ingredients
- 1 packet (2.5 oz) Chicken of the Sea Wild Caught Light Tuna in Spring Water
- 1/2 medium avocado, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce or arugula
- 1 small Roma tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, or to taste
- Salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to personal taste
Instructions
- Open tuna packet by tearing across the top of the packet.
- Gently stir tuna inside the packet, breaking up any large chunks.
- Add avocado, tomato, lettuce, and balsamic vinegar.
- Stir everything together inside the packet and taste for seasonings.
- If desired, add salt and pepper to personal taste. Eat with a fork or spoon!
