  • 2 (2.5 oz) pouches Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water
  • 1 small avocado seeded, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels fresh, or thawed from frozen
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño, remove ribs and seeds for less spice!
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
