We spend a lot of time and money on products that claim to give us beautiful skin and hair, but we don’t often take our diet into account.
Salmon is one of the best foods sources for Omega-3 fatty acids which helps skin lock in moisture and eliminate unwanted toxins. Salmon also contains Biotin which plays a key role in the production of the fat components in skin cells. The Selenium in salmon helps skin maintain it’s elasticity and firmness as well as playing a role in reducing sun damage. And the Vitamin D found in salmon helps to keep your teeth and bones healthy and strong.

We love flavored salmon pouches because they’re a super easy way to get plenty of protein in our lunch or dinner without a lot of fuss. Plus, there are a bunch of different flavors so we can mix it up. Flavor fiesta!
